Pretty in Pink

I am very excited to share this smoothie that I made for breakfast not too long ago because it was very good, kept me full  and my energy level up for a few hours.  The best part is that it’s quick and easy.


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or strawberry)
  • Eye-ball 1/2 to 2/3 cup of milk of your choice
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 5 frozen peaches
  • granola

In a blender, use the pulse option to quickly mix the yogurt and milk.  Add the frozen fruit and use the ice blend option to quickly break it all up.  Blend for about 30 seconds.  Pour it into one of your favorite glasses and add some granola to top it off.  Enjoy with a straw and/or spoon. 🙂
