Today’s Strala Blog post is a soup recipe I created last Monday. Because of a cold snap we had, soup was a necessity! It turned quite cold last week and the only thing I wanted to do was curl up with a nice bowl of warm soup and so the Asparagus Lemon Soup was created. Both Phil and I loved it for is fresh flavor. It can be served cold (like a gazpacho) as a summer soup too.
In other news, I updated the About The Food Yogi page this weekend. I decided it’s probably time to start adding some pictures of myself to personalize this blog a little more. Plus it helps to put a face to a name.
